Cabins are available for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
June 21 – September 6
Off Season dates:
Cabins are available on a 3 night minimum, at a discount
May 22 – June 21 & September 6 – October 13
On December 28, 2018, Massachusetts Governor Baker signed a bill into law which enacts a tax on short-term rentals commencing on July 1, 2019 or after. The State 5.7%, Local 6%, Water Fund 2.75%, and Community Impact fee 3% tax are payable by the renter, and will be added to the rental rates shown here.
