GENERAL QUESTIONS

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3pm.

What time is check out?

Check-out is 10am, no exceptions.

When is in season?

In season is June 25 – September 10, 2022.

When is off season?

Off season is May 26 – June 25, and again September 10 – October 10, 2022.

Do you have parking?

Some units have assigned parking and others do not.

Do the units have AC?

No units have AC on the wharf.

Do you have heat?

No, we do not have heat, we can get you an extra blanket, but space heaters are available in all units.

Do you have free wifi?

All units have free wifi.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, well-behaved pets are allowed.  A $40 per pet fee is charged for the stay. Dogs must be under 40lbs.  2 pet max.  Cats are only allowed in a few units, email us your pet questions at captainjackswharf@gmail.com

How do I book a room?

Why can I never get the unit I want?

The wharf has been here a long time, and so have some of our guests.  We cater to repeat guests before opening up to the general public.  Each year time taken by owners changes and this affects what dates will be available for rent each year.  

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, if you cancel before May 1, then you will get a full refund.  If you cancel after May 1, then you will only receive a refund once the unit has been re-rented.

ROOMS

Can I have an overnight guest?

Yes, there is a $60 guest fee per night, 2 nights max.  Please note the maximum occupancy for each room.  Please email us specific questions at captainjackswharf@gmail.com

Can I smoke?

There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the wharf.  Please smoke off the property and be courteous to our neighbors.
